Seed Germinators are specifically designed cabinets used for creating artificial environment suitable for effective seed germination. In such chambers, research experiments are performed on variety of seeds at different temperature and humidity parameters. These units are commonly available as single and dual chambers.

These machines are sold at factory price throughout India and overseas market. Construction
Our seed germination chambers are ruggedly constructed for long service life. The exterior is made of thick mild steel which is powder coated and painted nicely. The inner chamber is made of stainless steel, which is corrosion resistant, easy to clean and maintain. The gap between exterior and interior is filled by PUF 75mm insulation material.
Temperature
Our seed germinators provide excellent temperature accuracy. Temperature range is provided between 10°C to 60°C (±1°C). Temperature is adjusted through digital PID controller, which is easy to use and user can easily set temperature below or above ambient as required.
Humidity System
As humidity plays an important role in seed germination, each machine is fitted with water reservoir at the bottom of the chamber, which is responsible to generate desired humidity. Water inlet / outlet pipe to reservoir is fitted at the back side of machine. Water level is constantly managed by a device fitted inside the reservoir. Water is heated through high quality imported immersion heaters. Using PID controller, user can easily adjust humidity between 40% to 95% RH.
Illumination
Illumination is also an important part of germination; for this each machine is fitted with fluorescent lights coupled with 7 days and 24 hours cyclic timer for lights on / off regulation allowing operator to setting up specific control for specific week days.
Air circulation
Our each seed germinator features even temperature distribution inside the chamber. In order to uniformly distribute temperature, powerful fans are fitted inside chamber.
Control Panel
Control panel is fitted at top front of the seed germinator. This control panel has machine on/off switch, temperature / humidity controller, light timer, indicators and alarm on/off switch.
Capacity
As these seed germination chambers are customized, these machines can be constructed in any capacity you need; from 100 liters to 1000 liters and single door and double door.
Optional
Customization of machine is not completed without optional accessories, as we manufacture customized seed germinator; we provide number of accessories to make your machine suitable to your working environment. We can fit RS 232 port for printer, data logger for temperature and humidity recording, water level alarm, door opening alarm and caster wheels etc.
