Fluidized Bed Boilers have many advantages including low energy conservation and environment protection because in such kind of industrial boilers emission of nitrogen oxide is far less than pulverized coal and combustion process can achieve direct desulfurization. We have produced over 100 such circulating fluidized bed boilers and supplied across India and overseas ranging from 10t/h to 220t/h. Also known as FCB boilers, these boilers equipped with natural circulation water tube boiler barrel and designed in TT shaped industrial structure. These boilers are used for burning biomass, kerogen shale and other fuel materials that are hard to combust. In current scenario where energy conservation is serious matter of concern, Fluidized Circulating Bed Boiler considered most favorable type of boiler in many sectors especially in power generation.
A FCB boiler has many advantages such as high burning rate; among all industrial steam boilers, FCB boiler has the highest burning efficiency i.e. 98% to 99%. It is achieved due to the circulation of fuel propelled by air blown to the furnace. Other advantage is wide range of fuel; in such boilers wide range of hard to burn fuels can be used including municipal solid waste etc. Other advantages are low maintenance cost and long service life and simple mounting of heat recovery system etc.
