1. What type of equipment do you manufacture?
We manufacture almost every type of kilns that is used in laboratory research and light industrial applications, mostly Muffle Furnace, Laboratory Oven and Waste Incinerator etc.
2. Do you have own factory?
Yes, we do have own manufacturing unit (factory) located in Sahipur Industrial Area, Shalimar Bagh Delhi.
3. Do you supply customized units?
As we are manufacturing company, we offer customize solutions to our customers. If any customer approaches us with specific requirements, we construct the same unit which fits to his expectations. From temperature range, construction material and choice of special accessories; we help you in everything you need.
4. Do you provide installation?
In addition to manufacturing and supplying, we also offer installation services to our customers. If the unit is sold with-in Delhi and NCR areas, our installation service is free but if unit is sold in other parts of India, we charge nominal fee because it consumes time, labor charge and travelling expenses.
5. Do you also export your equipment?
We also export our all equipment worldwide; African and Middle East countries are our regular markets.
6. Do you appoint dealers?
If you are distributor, wholesaler or supplier of laboratory equipment or any industrial equipment and have little knowledge about heating systems, then you can apply for dealership.
